It was an attachment you put on the back of your bike to enable you to do wheelies. Yes the good people at Wham-o really put safety first when designing their products. And in case a child couldn’t imagine enough dangerous uses for this item, Wham-o’ s commercial took care of that problem. This commercial was from 1966 and it is easy to see why this product is no longer sold.
